Caiqin (Helen) Liu got her Oriental Medicine degree from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with honors in 1987. After graduation, She worked as a TCM physician in Beijing Xi Yuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the foremost clinical, research and teaching center on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. During Helen Liu was in XiYuan Hospital, she worked under the direction of Dr. Keji Chen, Dr. Zhensheng Shi, and other leading experts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has extensive experience and varied skills especially for the treatment of the followings: allergies, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, stress, infertility, migraine headaches, addiction, tennis elbow, golf elbow, women’s problems, pains and numbness (neck, shoulders, back, limbs, etc.). She has published many medical papers and books in these fields. Since she came to the Unite States, using the basic rules of TCM philosophy, she has summarized some unique methods to treat the common diseases and health problems that frequently occur in North America. Her applications of acupuncture and herbs enable her patients to recover from many diseases that are usually resistant to conventional treatments.
Caiqin (Helen) Liu is a Licensed Acupuncturist in California (California Acupuncture Board) and National Board-Certified Acupuncturist (NCCAOM).
